Sheet Pan Dinner

With kielbasa, red onion, and asparagus

EASY! And delicious‼️😋

Preheat oven to 375° – cut kielbasa or favorite sausage in desired serving size pieces and place on one end/side of lined sheet pan. Clean and cut woody ends off asparagus and place that on the other side of the sheet pan. Slice red onion and put in between sausage and asparagus. I melted about 4 tbsp of butter, then mixed well with garlic powder and an herb/garlic/salt/pepper seasoning, drizzled butter over asparagus (won’t hurt if it gets on onions 😉). Drizzled a little evoo over it, too 🤷‍♀️ This would be good with alternative veggies that will cook at the same amount of time. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Serve with fresh bakery bread and good delicious butter, like Rodolphe Le Meunier or your favorite 😍 🧈

Damn delicious 😋

  1. […] Sheet pan meals are among the easiest! 😉 Hence, their popularity. It’s just a matter of timing. Estimate how long each would take, in 425° oven. Then, start and add accordingly. And kielbasa or sausage is often on sale, making it a great protein choice. Of course other proteins make good choices, to. Like the option after this one 😉 Examples:⤵️ ● https://just2note.com/2024/04/05/sheet-pan-dinners/https://just2note.com/2024/01/27/kielbasa-sweet-potato-sheet-pan-dinner/https://just2note.com/2024/07/16/sheet-pan-dinner-2/https://just2note.com/2024/02/08/sheet-pan-dinner/ […]
